    Prof. Frank Würthner has been elected member of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities and the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina. Both academies are thus honouring Würthner’s outstanding scientific achievements.

    Poster Prize

    Ana Lucia Meza, PhD student and Kekulé Scholarship holder in the working group of Prof. Frank Würthner, was awarded a regarded poster prize at the Chem-SyStM 2016 at the University of Würzburg on December 6th.

    On Monday, 5th of December, Dr. Florian Beuerle successfully finished his habilitation on "Design and Synthesis of Complex Molecular Architectures Based on Small Organic Molecules" and received the "facultas docendi".

The US media corporation Thomas Reuters awards this title to researchers whose work receives exceptional attention worldwide and is highly cited by other scientists.
